Xplor Pay Direct Sales is hiring motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing team. This 100% commission-based opportunity offers residual income and activation bonuses, with flexible schedules and support to help you succeed.

You will educate local businesses on payment processing, close deals, and build a portfolio with ongoing commissions, while enjoying a structured training program and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
