Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based opportunity offers residual income, flexible schedule, and full training in the payments solutions space.

You will educate business owners, visit local merchants, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus ongoing monthly commissions. This remote role provides independence with company-backed support and a path to leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate technical payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
