Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing professional to lead account-based campaigns and automation-driven programs. You will partner with US-based sales teams to drive multi-channel outreach and leverage AI/LLM tools to optimize when sellers engage accounts.

You will design, implement, and scale processes, data, and automations within CRM systems, reporting weekly on pipeline impact and revenue influence. This role offers remote work with a global Top 1% talent network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ABM programs partnered with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building automations for sellers (signals, data enrichment, routing).
• 2+ years in US-based B2B marketing.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across ≥3 channels with required emails/LinkedIn.
• Daily hands-on use of generative AI/LLM tools in automations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail, coordinated with sales owner.
• Map commercial processes with sales and account teams and build automations to detect signals and alert sellers.
• Build and maintain data behind programs: target accounts, buying committees, enriched records in CRM.
• Report weekly to commercial leaders on outcomes: meetings booked, opportunities, deals, revenue influence.
• Test new channels and scale the ones that move pipeline.
