Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to partner with US-based sales and account leaders. This hands-on role combines account-based campaign execution with building AI-powered automations that guide sellers on when to act.

You will leverage tools like Clay and Zapier to drive data-driven decisions and pipeline growth. You will design and run multi-channel ABM programs, map sales processes, maintain enriched CRM data, and report on weekly outcomes to growth leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs in partnership with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building seller-facing automations (signal-based workflows, data enrichment, routing).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, and direct mail with sales alignment.
• Map commercial processes and build automations that detect account signals and alert sellers when to act.
• Maintain target account lists, buying committees, and enriched CRM data.
• Report weekly outcomes to commercial leaders on meetings, opportunities, deals, and revenue influence.
• Test new channels and plays beyond core channels and scale the successful ones.
