BairesDev, a global technology company, seeks a Growth Marketing contributor to drive ABM campaigns and AI-powered automations that guide sales actions. You will partner with US-based sales leaders daily, shaping campaigns that accelerate deals and account expansion.

Daily use of generative AI within automations is expected, along with multi-channel execution and data-driven decision-making. This role offers remote work with a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building seller-focused automations (signals, routing, enrichment).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail with sales ownership.
• Build automations to detect account signals and alert sellers when to act.
• Maintain target-account lists and enriched CRM records for campaigns.
