Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to partner with US-based sales and account leaders. The role focuses on account-based campaign execution and building AI-powered automations to trigger seller action.

You will shape data-driven processes that accelerate new deals and account expansion, using tools like Claude daily within workflows. Remote work with US teams is available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running account-based marketing (ABM) programs in direct partnership with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal/trigger workflows, data enrichment, routing).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or US B2B buyers.
• Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels (email, LinkedIn, Ads, direct mail).
• Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools inside automations (Claude preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail with sales alignment.
• Build automation that detects account signals and alerts sellers when to act.
• Maintain data behind programs: target accounts, buying committees, enriched CRM records.
• Report weekly to leaders on meetings, opportunities, and revenue influenced.
• Test new channels and scale those moving pipeline.
