Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing Campaigns Specialist to partner with US-based sales and account leaders. This hands-on role blends ABM program execution with building AI-powered automations to guide sellers on when to act.

You'll implement multi-channel campaigns, map processes, and build data-rich CRM records using Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, and CRM workflows to drive new deals and account expansion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs in partnership with sales.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal/trigger workflows).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run account-based campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail.
• Map commercial processes with sales teams and build automations to detect account signals.
• Build and maintain target account lists and enriched CRM data.
• Report weekly on meetings, opportunities, deals, and revenue influenced.
• Test and scale new channels and plays that move pipeline.
