Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing contributor to partner with US-based sales and account leaders. You will run ABM programs, build automation workflows, and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.

Daily use of generative AI within automations is expected to optimize actions and outcomes. You will collaborate with commercial teams, map processes, and maintain enriched account data in CRM systems, reporting progress weekly and scaling successful plays

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs in partnership with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal/trigger workflows, data enrichment).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run account-based campaigns across email, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, and direct mail.
• Map commercial processes with sales teams and build automations that alert sellers when to act.
• Build and maintain target account data, buying committees, and enriched CRM records.
• Report weekly on meetings, opportunities, deals, and revenue influence.
• Test new channels and scale those that move pipeline.
