Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing professional to lead ABM campaigns with close collaboration to US-based sales and account leaders. You will build AI-powered automations and drive account-based plays that tell sellers exactly when to act.

You will create multi-channel campaigns, manage data, and report on pipeline impact, expanding revenue through targeted strategies and innovative workflows. This is a remote role with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs in partnership with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal-based workflows).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail with sales ownership.
• Build automations to detect account signals and alert sellers.
• Maintain target-account lists and enriched CRM records for campaigns.
• Report weekly on meetings, opportunities, deals, and revenue influenced.
• Test new channels and scale those that move pipeline.
