Job summary

BairesDev seeks a Growth Marketing specialist to join our remote team and partner with US sales leaders. You will drive account‑based campaigns and build AI‑powered automations that trigger timely actions, improving pipeline and opportunities.

You will map processes, enrich CRM data, and report weekly on outcomes while expanding revenue across target accounts. Expect collaboration with Clay, n8n, Make and Zapier in daily work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running account‑based marketing (ABM) programs in direct partnership with sales or account management teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers, such as signal/trigger‑based workflows, data enrichment, and lead/account routing with tools like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, or Salesforce workflows.
• 2+ years working with US‑based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.
• Hands‑on experience executing multi‑channel campaigns across at least three of: email sequences, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, and direct mail/gifting, with email sequences and LinkedIn required.
• Daily, hands‑on use of generative AI or LLM tools (Claude preferred; ChatGPT or Gemini accepted) inside automations, not only for writing copy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run account‑based campaigns for target and existing accounts across email, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, and direct mail, coordinated with each account's sales owner.
• Map commercial processes with sales and account teams and build automations (CRM, Clay, n8n/Make/Zapier, LLM steps) that detect account signals and alert sellers when to take action.
• Build and maintain the data behind these programs, including target‑account lists, buying committees, and enriched account and contact records in CRM portals.
• Report weekly to commercial leaders on outcomes, including meetings booked, opportunities created, deals accelerated, accounts expanded, and revenue influenced.
• Test new channels and plays beyond the core four, such as event follow‑up, video, or retargeting, and scale the ones that move pipeline.
