BairesDev is hiring for a Growth Marketing role focused on account-based campaigns, automations, and data-driven sales enablement. You will partner closely with US sales and account leaders to drive multi-channel programs that trigger seller actions and expand opportunities.

The role emphasizes hands-on use of AI/LLM within automations, building data and signals, and scaling campaigns that accelerate revenue. Remote work with global collaboration opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs with sales partnerships.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce workflows).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run account‑based campaigns across email, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, and direct mail, coordinated with each account's sales owner.
• Map commercial processes with sales and account teams and build automations that detect signals and alert sellers when to act.
• Build and maintain data behind programs: target accounts, buying committees, enriched records in CRM.
• Report weekly to commercial leaders on outcomes: meetings booked, opportunities created, deals accelerated, accounts expanded, revenue influenced.
• Test new channels and plays beyond core four, such as event follow‑up, video, or retargeting, and scale the ones that move pipeline.
