Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. Bring strong negotiation and rapport-building skills to help recover delinquent accounts from a home workspace.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with debt collection laws while meeting performance goals and maintaining professional customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently from a remote workspace.
• Knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Reside and work in an LCS-approved state.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' situations.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Provide professional, respectful customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
