LCS Financial Services Corporation is recruiting experienced Collections Specialists to work from home nationwide. The role focuses on inbound/outbound calls, negotiating settlements, and maintaining compliant, professional customer interactions in a remote setting.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting performance goals.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Professionalism, reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Must reside and work in an LCS-approved state.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions in remote conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations.
• Maintain communication with management and team while working remotely.
