Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team from home. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and document outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance and high ethical standards.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, state-approved environment, including

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in third-party debt collection.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Professionalism, reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Must reside and work in an LCS-approved state.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation and communications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Maintain professional, respectful interactions with borrowers while working remotely.
