LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join our nationwide team. Work from home, negotiate resolutions, and help recover delinquent accounts while upholding regulatory standards and customer-first professionalism.

You will manage inbound and outbound calls, establish payment arrangements, use skip-tracing tools, and document activities to maximize recovery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently while achieving team goals.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' finances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned accounts and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions during difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
• Maintain communication with management while working remotely.
