LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking a remote Collections Specialist to join our team. With at least 2 years of third-party debt collection experience, you will negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts while maintaining compliance.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, set payment arrangements, use skip-tracing tools, and document activities. This role offers performance-based earning potential and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Experience with skip-tracing and collections software.

Mansioni

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrower circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and compliance with laws.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local collection laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Consistently working toward individual and departmental performance goals.
