Qualifications

• 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting team goals.
• Professional communication and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Must have a professional, distraction-minimized remote workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate, detailed account documentation.
• Provide professional interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Communicate with management and team while working remotely.
