LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced collections professionals to join our 100% remote team. From home, you’ll manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and apply skip-tracing techniques to recover delinquent accounts while upholding regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of third-party debt collection experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and negotiate payments.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a confidential, distraction-minimized remote workspace.
• Reliable internet connectivity.
• Eligible to work from approved remote states.

Mansioni

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
