Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists to join our remote team from home, managing inbound/outbound calls, negotiating settlements, and upholding compliance. You'll work in a performance-driven environment, with 100% remote work, commission potential, and a Monday–Friday schedule between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, plus comprehensive benefits.

Residency in an eligible state is required; must have at least 2 years of third-party debt collection and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable debt collection laws and company policies.
• Maintain professional, confidential interactions with customers while working remotely.
