Job summary

Armacell is seeking a remote-based territory role covering the western U.S. with emphasis on Illinois markets. The role requires HVAC/insulation knowledge, customer education, and field support to grow market share.

You will translate customer needs into technical requirements, deliver product demonstrations, and collaborate with marketing to drive project success. Travel up to 65% is expected, and you will work with Sales and Marketing to expand offerings while leveraging CRM tools and MS

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
Minimum 3–5 years of territory experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, or related industries.
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel up to 65% and read mechanical drawings.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

Expand product knowledge and market share within the commercial HVAC and refrigeration sectors.
Provide technical expertise for product applications, codes, and customer topics.
Educate customers on Armacell offerings through demonstrations and presentations.
Translate market needs into technical requirements for the Marketing team.
Gather competitive intelligence on materials and activities.
Attend project site visits to assist with delivery, training, and demonstrations.
