Job summary

Armacell is seeking a remote-based Territory Applications Specialist to drive growth across the western U.S. You will expand product knowledge and deliver technical demonstrations while educating customers on insulation solutions and benefits.

The role requires a technical bachelor's degree, 3–5 years in HVAC/plumbing/construction, and willingness to travel up to 65% within the region. Strong presentation and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of territory experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction or equipment industries; refrigeration familiarity preferred.
• Expert knowledge of bid/specification processes for commercial HVAC and industrial markets.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings to identify applications for products.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills; travel up to 65%.

Responsibilities

• Expand product knowledge, introduce solutions, and grow market share in the commercial sector.
• Provide technical expertise on product applications, codes, and related topics across the region.
• Educate customers about Armacell offerings through demonstrations and presentations.
• Translate market and customer needs into technical requirements for Marketing.
• Contribute competitive market intelligence on materials and activities.
• Attend site visits to assist clients with project delivery, trainings, and demonstrations.
