Armacell requires a Regional Technical Manager - West to drive upstream sales and insulation-technical leadership across the West region. You will build a base of engineers, specifiers, owners, and stakeholders to expand product specification and market share in education, healthcare, and office/mixed-use sectors.

You will serve as an insulation technical expert, advise on system performance and code compliance, and travel up to 65% to support customers and projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
• 3–5 years of territory experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, or equipment industries.
• Expert knowledge of bid/specification process for commercial, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and industrial markets.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings to identify application and equipment.
• Travel up to 65% required.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com (CRM) or similar platform.

Mansioni

• Expand product knowledge, implement solutions, and grow market share in the commercial market.
• Provide technical expertise on product, application, Code, and other topics for insulation users in the region.
• Educate customers on Armacell offerings through demonstrations and presentations.
• Translate market and customer needs into technical requirements for the Marketing team.
• Provide competitive market intelligence on performance of alternate materials and competitors.
• Attend project site visits to assist clients with project delivery (training, demonstrations, guidance).
