Job summary

Armacell is seeking a remote-based Territory Manager to expand product knowledge and drive solutions for the HVAC, plumbing, and construction markets across the western United States. You will educate customers, present demonstrations, and translate market needs into technical requirements.

The role requires a technical degree, 3–5 years of district experience, ability to travel up to 65%, and proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of territory experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, or equipment industries (refrigeration exposure preferred).
• Expert knowledge of bid/specification process for commercial, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and industrial markets.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings to identify applications and equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 65%.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com (CRM).

Responsibilities

• Expand product knowledge, solution implementation, and market share within the commercial market.
• Provide technical expertise for product, application, Code, and other topics for insulation users in the region.
• Educate customers on Armacell offerings through demonstrations and presentations.
• Translate market and customer needs into technical requirements for the Marketing department.
• Contribute market intelligence on performance of alternate materials and competitive activities.
• Attend project site visits to assist clients with project delivery (training, demonstrations, guidance).
