Job summary

Armacell seeks a Regional Technical Manager - Refrigeration to implement upstream sales strategy across the U.S. and build a base of mechanical engineers, specifiers, owners, and key stakeholders. This role emphasizes insulation knowledge, code compliance, and system performance optimization.

You will lead technical education, collaborate with Marketing, and drive product specification penetration while traveling extensively to key markets in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• 3–5 years of territory experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, or equipment industries is preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings to identify application and equipment for products.
• Willingness to travel up to 65%.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Expand product knowledge, solution implementation, and market share within the commercial refrigeration market.
• Provide technical expertise on product, application, and Code for insulation users.
• Educate customers on Armacell offerings through demonstrations and presentations.
• Translate market and customer needs into technical requirements for Marketing.
• Contribute market intelligence on competitors and materials.
• Lead training programs to certify contractors and supervisors on projects.
• Attend project site visits to assist clients with delivery and demonstrations.
