Job summary

SOLVE Energy is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC across PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. This remote role travels regularly to project sites, conducts audits, and guides field teams on quality best practices and SOLV SOPs.

The role requires 5+ years in solar quality management, knowledge of electrical construction, and ASQ/ISO 9001 standards. Travel with client interactions and regulatory engagements is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality management in solar/renewables.
• Experience with QA/QC systems, audits and regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of electrical construction and installation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned to QMS and contract requirements.
• Lead audits to ensure compliance with AHJ requirements and codes.
• Oversee testing and evaluation of materials and processes.
• Train project teams on QA practices and SOPs.
• Document findings and prepare management reports.
• Perform root-cause analyses and drive corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement across projects in assigned region.
