SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. The role is remote with regular site travel to ensure project quality and regulatory compliance.

You will develop quality plans, perform audits, train field teams, and collaborate with project managers, engineers and clients to drive continuous improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality management in solar or renewable energy industries.
• Certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and OSHA training are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement quality plans aligning with SOLV Energy’s Quality Management System and contract requirements.
• Establish and improve quality systems to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and requirements from AHJ, manufacturers, and codes.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials, components, and processes for PV projects.
• Provide training on QA/QC practices and ensure team adherence to SOPs and reference guides.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to address quality issues and satisfaction.
• Document and report findings, audits, and corrective actions to management and clients.
• Perform frequent audits on documentation, installation procedures, and vendor performance.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis using 5-Why or 8D methodologies and implement CAPAs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous quality enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with standards and regulations to ensure project compliance.
