SOLV Energy is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead QA/QC across PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. This role is remote with regular travel to project sites, clients, and regulators, ensuring adherence to SOLV’s Quality Management System and industry standards.

You will train field teams, perform audits, and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and CAPAs, partnering with project managers and suppliers to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality solar

Competenze

Minimum 5 years of quality management in solar or renewables.
Preferred certifications: ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, PMP.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; OSHA training is desirable.

Mansioni

Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Quality Management System and project requirements.
Monitor project quality through inspections and audits; ensure compliance with AHJ and installation instructions.
Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials and processes in PV projects within the region.
Provide training on QA practices and SOLV SOPs to project teams.
Document findings and prepare reports for management and clients.
Conduct formal audits on documentation, procedures and vendor performance.
Perform Root Cause Analysis using 5-Why or 8D methods and drive CAPA actions.
