Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects across the region.

The role involves remote work with regular travel to project sites in the Southwest, audits, training field teams, and client interactions. You will lead quality plans, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with project managers, engineers, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality management in solar/renewable energy.
• Quality management certifications (ASQ, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, PMP) desirable.
• Bachelor’s in engineering or related field; OSHA 10/30 or Journeyman desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy QMS and contracts.
• Oversee QA/QC, inspections, audits for PV projects in the region.
• Train project teams on QA practices and SOLV SOPs/MOPs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive CAPA actions.
• Perform frequent audits of documentation, processes, and vendor performance.
