SOLV Energy is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA and QC for PV EPC projects in the assigned region. This remote role requires regular travel to project sites in the Southwest to train field teams, conduct audits, and perform inspections.

You will develop quality plans, improve systems, and work with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to ensure compliance with standards. 5+ years in solar QA and relevant certifications are desirable.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in quality management in solar/renewable energy.
• Certified Auditor ISO 9001 Six Sigma or PMP desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; OSHA 10/30 or Journeyman desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement quality plans in line with SOLV Energy QMS and contract requirements.
• Maintain and improve quality systems to comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project quality with inspections, audits, and adherence to AHJ requirements and instructions.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials and processes in PV projects.
• Train project teams on QA practices and company SOPs, SWIs, and MOPs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients on quality issues.
• Document findings and prepare regular reports for management and clients.
• Conduct frequent audits on documentation, processes, and vendor performance.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (5-Why or 8D) and implement CAPAs.
