SOLV Energy is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. This remote role requires regular travel to project sites to train field teams, perform audits, and conduct First Article Inspections, with client and regulator engagement as needed.

You will develop quality plans, maintain compliance, supervise testing and document findings, and drive continual improvement across projects in your region, leveraging SOLV’s Sunscreen system for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality management experience in solar/renewable energy.
• ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; OSHA 10/30 or Journeyman are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS, SOPs, and contracts.
• Establish and improve quality systems ensuring compliance with standards.
• Monitor project quality with inspections and audits.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials and processes.
• Train project teams on QA/QC practices and SOPs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address quality issues.
• Document findings and prepare reports for management and clients.
• Use Sunscreen software to train teams and document quality matters.
• Conduct formal audits on documentation, processes, and vendor performance.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (5-Why or 8D) and implement CAPAs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
