Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the assigned U.S. region. This remote role requires regular site visits, audits, and training of field teams to ensure compliance with SOLV SOPs, regulatory standards, and contract requirements.

You will lead quality program development, perform root cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement across projects while coordinating with clients, suppliers, and project managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality management experience in solar/renewable energy.
• Certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; OSHA 10/30; Journeyman training.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction and electrical safety.
• Experience with construction drawings and installation procedures.
• Proficiency with quality management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS, SOPs, and contract requirements.
• Establish and continuously improve quality systems for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Monitor project quality through inspections, audits, and documentation.
• Train project teams on QA practices and SOLV SOPs, SWIs, and MOPs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to resolve quality issues.
