Remitly is seeking a Regional Business Manager to own growth across USA–Caribbean corridors. This role blends strategy, analytics, and operations, reporting to the USA-LAC GM, with a hybrid setup from Seattle, DC, or NYC offices.

You will partner with pricing, product, marketing, risk, and engineering to drive sustainable growth, manage partnerships, and translate regional insights into action. Fluency in Spanish and 5+ years in growth or GM roles are required.

Formación

• 5+ years in business management, growth, or GM in a B2C context, fintech or financial services.
• Native level fluency in Spanish.
• Ownership mentality with bias for action and accountability.
• Deep regional and cultural expertise in US-Caribbean markets.
• Strong problem-solving with quantitative/qualitative skills.
• Ability to influence across internal teams and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Own growth in USA–Caribbean corridors using KPIs like new customers and revenue.
• Act as market expert on customers, competitors, payout partners and regulations.
• Define long- and short-term growth strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with pricing, product, marketing, risk/fraud, and other teams.
• Support commercial talks with disbursement and destination partners.
• Monitor market trends and translate into regional priorities.
• Build business cases and influence partner roadmaps.
• Drive regional product initiatives with US-LAC teams and measure outcomes.
• Share learnings across Regional Business Managers and GM.
