Job summary

Remitly is hiring a Regional Business Manager to own growth in the USA to Caribbean corridors. You will lead strategy, analytics, and operations across product, pricing, marketing, risk/fraud, and partnerships, reporting to the USA-LAC General Manager. This is a hybrid role with offices in Seattle, Arlington, or NYC.

You will drive regional initiatives, partner with multiple teams, and build strong market insights to grow customers, transactions, and profitability in this crucial corridor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business mgmt, growth, or related roles in B2C fintech/financial services.
• Native-level Spanish (required).
• Ownership mentality with bias for action and delivery.
• Deep regional/cultural expertise for US-Caribbean markets.
• Strong problem solving plus ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own sustainable growth in USA to Caribbean corridors with KPI focus.
• Define long and short term growth strategy and tactical roadmap.
• Collaborate with pricing, product, marketing, and risk/fraud teams.
• Support commercial talks with disbursement and destination partners.
• Translate customer and commercial opportunities into clear product requirements.
• Share learnings across Regional Business Managers and USA-LAC GM.
