Job summary

Remitly, Inc. seeks a Regional Business Manager to own growth in the USA to Caribbean markets.

You will plan, build, and execute initiatives across product, pricing, marketing, risk, analytics, and operations while reporting to the USA-LAC GM in a hybrid setup from Seattle, Arlington or NYC. This role requires 5+ years in growth or general management, Spanish fluency, ownership, and a bias for action to deliver measurable results and build strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business management, growth, or general management in a B2C context.
• Native level fluency in Spanish.
• Ownership mentality with a track record of ownership.
• Bias for action and a results-driven mindset.
• Owned a market, product, or P&L end-to-end and driven results.
• Strong problem-solving skills with hypothesis-driven thinking.
• Ability to influence and network across the business.

Responsibilities

• Own sustainable growth in USA to Caribbean corridors with KPIs like new customers and revenue.
• Define long and short-term strategic vision and translate into a concrete roadmap.
• Partner with pricing, product, marketing, risk/fraud, and other teams to drive launches.
• Support commercial conversations with partners and translate opportunities into offers.
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into regional priorities.
• Drive regional product initiatives with US-LAC teams and measure outcomes.
