Job summary

Strive Health is seeking a Network Engagement Partner to build and maintain provider and network relationships in contracted markets. You will coordinate with PCPs, nephrologists, hospitals, and other providers to launch new markets and ensure high-quality, continuous care for CKD and ESRD patients, reporting to the Sr.

Manager, Network Engagement. You will analyze utilization and claims data, collaborate with market directors, and drive engagement, quality of care, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years related education, experience, or certification.
• Active driver’s license with ability to travel across region.
• Reliable internet with min speeds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with provider groups and educate staff/providers.
• Analyze utilization data to outline network and provider outreach strategy.
• Use data to reduce total cost of care for patients.
• Collaborate with business development to identify partnerships.
• Meet with stakeholders; travel may be required.
