Strive Health in Louisville, KY is seeking a Network Engagement Partner to cultivate provider relationships and expand services in new markets. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care for CKD and ESRD patients through data-driven network strategies.

You will collaborate with market directors, travel as needed, and support performance in engagement, quality, and utilization while aligning with Strive’s values and growth goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 6+ years combined education, experience, or certification.
• Ability to travel across an assigned region and be on-site as needed.
• Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong relationships with provider groups and educates/staff providers.
• Analyzes utilization, claims, demographics to outline network/outreach strategy.
• Uses data-driven approaches to support cost-of-care reductions.
• Reviews data with provider groups to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborates with business development to identify partnerships.
• Drives performance of portfolio of practices and supports new clinical workflows.
• Engages, contracts, and manages practices in provider incentive programs.
