Job summary

Strive Health is seeking a Network Engagement Partner to manage external provider relationships across markets where Strive operates. You will establish and grow partnerships with PCPs, nephrologists, and hospitals to ensure high-quality care for CKD/ESRD patients, reporting to the Sr.

Manager, Network Engagement. You will travel within the assigned region, engage in provider education, and help drive engagement, quality of care, and utilization goals while supporting new clinical workflows and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Travel across assigned region; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel and be on-site as needed; internet speeds sufficient for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with provider groups and educate staff on product lines.
• Develop network and provider outreach strategy in assigned markets with market directors.
• Use data to outline cost-reduction strategies and improve clinical outcomes.
• Review data and reporting with providers to drive continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with business development to identify new provider partnerships.
