Job summary

Strive Health is seeking a Network Engagement Partner to maintain and grow external provider and network relationships in markets where Strive operates. You will collaborate with market directors and leadership to expand partnerships and ensure high-quality, continuous care for CKD and ESRD patients.

The role emphasizes data-driven strategy, travel across assigned regions, and engagement with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. 6+ years combined related education, experience, or certification. Reliable transportation including active driver’s license for travel.
• Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MPH, MSN) or equivalent experience; strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Internet connectivity requirements and willingness to travel to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain external provider and network relationships in markets where Strive is contracted.
• Grow relationships with provider groups as Strive launches new markets.
• Analyze utilization, claims, and demographic data to outline outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with business development to identify partnerships in assigned markets.
• Drive performance of a portfolio of practices and support new clinical workflows.
