Job summary

Strive Health in the United States seeks a Network Engagement Partner to manage provider networks in assigned markets, driving engagement and quality of care. You will travel to meet stakeholders, educate staff, and foster partnerships while supporting CKD/ESRD patients with high-quality continuity of care.

This role offers hybrid work with in-person offices or patient visits, a performance-based bonus, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 6+ years combined of related education, experience, or certification.
• Active driver’s license and ability to travel across an assigned region.
• Ability to travel and be on-site to meet business needs.
• Reliable internet connectivity with min speeds specified in job posting.

Responsibilities

• Maintains consistent and strong relationships with provider groups using an account management approach.
• Analyzes utilization data and outlines a network strategy with market directors.
• Uses a data-driven approach to support provider relationships and reduce total cost of care.
• Reviews data and reporting with providers to improve operational and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborates with business development to identify partnership opportunities.
• Drives performance of portfolio of practices and supports new clinical workflows.
• Engages, contracts, and manages practices in provider incentive programs where applicable.
• Meets with stakeholders in person and travels as required.
