Job summary

Strive Health is seeking a Sr. Network Engagement Partner to own external provider relationships (PCPs, nephrologists, hospitals) in markets Strive serves. You will grow networks as new markets launch, ensuring CKD and ESRD patients receive high-quality, continuous care. Reports to the Sr. Manager, Network Engagement.

The role emphasizes relationship building, data-informed strategy, and collaboration with the business development team to expand partnerships. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 8+ years combined of related education, experience, or certification.
• Travel across an assigned region with reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and be on-site as needed.
• Internet connectivity with minimum speeds as specified.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage provider relationships across markets.
