Job summary

Strive Health is seeking a Network Engagement Partner to manage external provider and network relationships across markets where Strive is contracted. You will build partnerships with PCPs, nephrologists, hospitals, and other providers to ensure high-quality, coordinated care for CKD and ESRD patients.

In this role, you’ll analyze utilization data, travel across regions, and collaborate with the business development team to expand Strive’s networks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years combined education or experience in related field.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across a region.
• Ability to travel and be on-site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong provider relationships and completes orientations.
• Analyzes utilization and claims data to shape outreach strategies.
• Uses data to support cost-of-care reductions in markets.
• Reviews data with providers to improve operational/clinical outcomes.
• Collaborates with business development to identify partnerships.
• Drives engagement and quality targets across practices.
• Engages in provider incentive programs where applicable.
• Travel for stakeholder meetings and events as needed.

Education
