Job summary

Great Places Housing Group is seeking a Property Advisor to deliver high-quality first point of contact resolution across multiple communication channels. You will support tenants with rent accounts, tenancy queries, and repairs while guiding customers to self-service options.

The role involves admin duties, invoice coding, and collaboration with Property Managers. Training, flexibility, and a commitment to safeguarding are essential.

Qualifications

• Use of full range of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to complete tasks accurately and promptly under pressure.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Effective liaison with staff/other stakeholders to resolve problems.
• Organise and manage workload to deliver high standard of service.

Responsibilities

• Answer a wide range of customer queries via phone, email, webchat, SMS and social media with first-contact resolution where possible.
• Handle admin functions including processing payments and supporting reports and management information.
• Provide guidance to customers to access services of other agencies for issue resolution.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure understanding of tenancy responsibilities.
• Contribute to data collection to measure service quality against targets.
• Process invoices and raise purchase orders as directed.
• Handle complaints professionally following the Complaints Procedure.
• Support Property Managers and lettings team with administrative duties.
