PURE HomeRiver is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support tenants and owners with a service-minded approach and excellence. The role emphasizes responding to tenant inquiries, coordinating move-ins, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth daily operations.

The successful candidate will have residential property management or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software.

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience preferred.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for all tenant communication.
• Maintain records in property management software for maintenance requests.
• Assist Property Manager with lease renewal process.
• Coordinate Move-In and Move-Out with tenants.
• Prepare notices and routine correspondence as directed.
• Manage rent collection communications with residents.
• Assist in Security Deposit handling per state laws.
• Ensure leases and addenda are complete before signing.
