The ideal candidate will handle tenant communications, coordinate move-ins, track maintenance requests, and prepare leases with accuracy, while keeping records current and deadlines met. This role emphasizes clear communication and a tenant-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience is preferred.
• Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for tenant communications.
• Maintain records in property management software for maintenance requests and costs.
• Assist Property Manager with lease renewals.
• Coordinate Move-In/Move-Out with tenants at scheduled properties.
• Prepare notices and routine correspondence as directed.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents and show properties.
• Support rent collection communications and processes.
• Assist in preparing Security Deposit Disposition per state laws.
