Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Property Management to deliver high-level service to residents in a fast-paced environment. You will assist residents in person or by phone, address property issues, and help ensure a smooth move-in experience.

The role requires strong communication and prior property management or customer service experience, plus proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Qualifications

• High school or GED is required.
• Proven experience in Property Management administration or customer service.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe; experience with property management software is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in person or by phone in a courteous, professional manner.
• Handle property issues and conduct general property condition assessments to maintain a positive resident experience.
• Complete resident welcome calls and emails to support a seamless move-in experience.
• Assist in processing Public Housing Agency applications and communicate with Housing Authority.
• Make outbound delinquency calls for rent collections and address HOA violations.
• Review and manage all action items on applicable task lists.
