Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support our rapidly growing organization. This role is eligible for full-time remote work and requires expertise in MS Project and complex scheduling with strong stakeholder collaboration.

You will lead baselining, EVMS compliance, and advanced EAC/OPM analyses while mentoring teams and interfacing with multiple IPTs across locations. The salary range reflects senior responsibilities in multiple U.S. locations.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters, analyze performance and monitor Estimate at Complete.
• Mentor program teams in planning, EVMS practices, and scheduling tools.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost and schedules data into program data.
• Perform advanced EAC, Management Reserve, Risk and Opportunity Management analyses.
• Prepare and present program reviews to senior leadership.
• Ensure EVMS compliance via audits and data reconciliation.
• Define requirements to solve business problems and drive proactive decisions.
• Interface with IPT leads and PMs across locations.
• Develop IMP and IMS to meet contract objectives and integrate cost/schedule data.
