Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support our expanding organization. This role is eligible for full-time remote work and requires expertise in MS Project and EVMS with a proven track record managing complex schedules across multiple geographic locations.

You will develop detailed IMP/IMS, analyze cost/schedule baselines, and present findings to senior leadership while ensuring compliance with EVMS. Strong collaboration with IPT leads and PMs is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters and analyze performance.
• Mentor program teams in EVMS tools and processes.
• Integrate subcontractor and material data into program data.
• Advanced analysis in EAC, Management Reserve, Risk and Opportunity Management.
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership.
• Reconcile program data with contract modifications.
• Define requirements to solve business problems.
• Foster collaboration across IPT leads and PMs.
