Fairstead is a purpose-driven real estate firm focused on affordable housing. The Portfolio Support Manager provides high-level administrative, operational, and analytical support to Senior Regional Managers and regional teams across a multi-state portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in property management, strong organizational and analytical skills, and familiarity with LIHTC, HUD, and Section 8 programs. Opportunities for growth in a dynamic, tech-forward company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in property management.
• Working knowledge of Affordable programs such as LIHTC, HUD, and Section 8 is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Senior Regional Managers and regional teams.
• Assist with budgets, variance reporting, and financials across multiple properties.
• Prepare and analyze property performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Support due diligence for property acquisitions and capital projects.
• Collaborate with accounting and leadership to ensure accurate reporting.
