Job summary

Fairstead is seeking a Portfolio Support Manager to deliver high-level administrative, operational, and analytical support across a multi‑state affordable housing portfolio. The role reduces administrative burden, enhances efficiency, and supports critical initiatives for Senior Regional Managers and their teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in property management, familiarity with LIHTC, HUD and Section 8 programs, and strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in property management; LIHTC/HUD/Section 8 encouraged.
• Proficiency with property management systems and data extraction.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to produce actionable reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Senior Regional Managers and teams.
• Support budgeting, tracking, and variance reporting.
• Assist with due diligence for property acquisitions and loan processes.
• Prepare property performance reports weekly, monthly, quarterly.
