Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in property management, with preference for affordable housing knowledge (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; working knowledge of compliance, financial reporting, and property operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to Senior Regional Managers and regional teams.
• Assist with budget prep, tracking, and variance reporting.
• Prepare property performance reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Assist with due diligence for property acquisitions and project coordination.
• Coordinate travel and manage expense reporting.
